Company K had certification of ISO14001: 1996 and recently finished
the assessment of ISO14001:2004. Assessorsf comments and corresponding

2. Company A
Company A was requested its customer to get ISO14001:2004.
So the company challenged to get the certification with a single manual
of twenty pages.
The company was lucky to have a good assessor and the fair assessment
was done.
He highly praised their system as very simple and systematic with
the single manual.
At the final assessment no nonconformity was found.
