| There is the requirement of needs to ensure that documents remain
legible and readily identifiable in c) clause of 4.2.3 Control of documents.
Japanese translation of glegibleh is g yomiyasukuh. I have been afraid
the Japanese word is unsuitable, because the word have so broad meanings
that it includes meaning of g easy to understandh. In stead there
is suitable word of g handokushiyasuih.
The other day, unfortunately, this worry of mine has become actually
occurred, when I sow the quality manual of Company S.
I asked the management representative about the meaning of g yomiyasukuh
in the manual. He answered that it meant geasy to understandh in English
context.
The origin of the requirement historically may be come from the requirement
that documents shall be reissued after a practical number of changes
have been made. Because many changes makes documents illegible.
Today in IT era, such requirement is obsolete and deleted, but its
context remains as documents shall be illegible. |
