Recently most of Japanese mass media have reported about the death
accident by the revolving door of Roppongi Hills building in the central
Tokyo.
Six years child caught his head in the door to dead. All mass media
have centered on the management problems of the door. But I think preparation
for the training of children in a city where dangerous situation are
surrounding, should also be discussed.
Fortunately, this month monthly journal of g Bungei shunjyuh has
dealt with the problem with several pages of talks between a professor
and a martial artist.
In the talk the professor pointed out that in Japanese industry generally
man-made disasters have increasing after twenty years and its basic
cause was TQC (Total Quality Control).
Detailed manuals by TQC now have caused working people hard to observe
the manuals and at the same time it have made them lost competence
to react effectively to contingent situations.
