Bush telegraph about groan under ISO9000 registration

In Japan, there may be bush telegraphs about ISO9000 registration that the registrations have given the companies wasteful and distress documentation burdens.
I will pick up some of examples from my experiences as follows.

1. Company T
The management representative of Company F took ISO9000 registration by my consultation with simple and efficient management system. Before my consultation he had had another consultant, but failed to design a simple system and he changed to my consultation. Therefore he has known well my efficient way of ISO9000 consultation, comparing with the other consultant.
Recently he introduce me to Company A, explaining his experiences that his company got ISO9000 registration with simple system and least efforts.
The president of Company A surprised at his explanations because he had thought from bush telegraphs that ISO9000 registration and its maintenance were very distress works. Soon he requested my consultation.
A few months later he introduced me to Company T (with only fifteen employees) and its consultation had started.
After a few visits I made its quality manual and preparations of documents for ISO9000 registration. The documents were very few and there were no additional documents the workers had to write. Therefore I discussed only with the management representative.
He had not bush telegraphs about groan under ISO9000 registration and therefore could not appreciate my way of simple ISO9000 system design.
One day he said to me workers at its work floor resisted to take ISO9000 registration.

2. Company S

And he visited Company M and on the way back he requested to me ISO9000 consultation.

Then the management representative came back to his company and said the president he had no confidence to get ISO9000 registration with the simple manual.
Hearing it from the president I laughed and gathering executive officers explained that already about a hundred companies had got ISO9000 registration with the simple system without groan under ISO9000 registration.
Several months later the company got ISO9000 registration and the president expressed his thanks to his friend for introducing me as an ISO9000 consultant.

4. Company K
The president of Company K was very anxious to the profitability of his company.
He saw several companies of the same industry that had ISO9000 registration and found its less profitability. He decided not to take ISO9000 registration.
But later he knew about me from one of his friends and understood my way of ISO9000 registration. But officers of his company resisted taking ISO9000 registration due to their bush telegraphs about groan under ISO9000 registration.
So, the president requested me to explain the simple system that I had designed.
I lectured to them for about two hours how to avoid groan under ISO9000 registration.
They understood and my consultation started. Several months later the company got ISO9000 registration with the simple system.
