The clause of 6.2.2 d) of ISO9001:
2000 requires that the organization shall ensure that its personnel
are aware of the relevance and importance of their activities and how
they contribute to the achievement of the quality objectives.
Some papers explain that the quality objectives mentioned in the above
clause are the same as the one mentioned in the clause of 5.4.1 (quality
objectives).
But as for training of ordinary jobs, such quality objectives mentioned
in 5.4.1 clause are not vital. Instead, understanding of quality objectives
of each job that directly affects product quality is very important.@
Therefore generally the both quality objectives are different.
There is another gquality objectivesh in the clause of 7.1 a). The
quality objectives in 7.1 a) are often the same as the one in 6.2.2
d), not the same as the one in 5.4.1.
