I.Requests of improvements by a lead assessor in the document assessment
A lead assessor did the document assessment of Company A. There was no non-conformity but were five improvements that had probability to become non-conformity. The five improvements and comments by Company C to the improvements are as follows.
1).There is no sentence that " the requirements are adequately defined and documented"
[Comment by Company A]
Order sheets and drawings are written as such concrete documents in Quality manual.
2). There is no sentence that " a) to c) in 4.4.5 clause"
[Comment by Company A]
There is no requirement (" shall") in ISO9001 to write the same sentences in ISO9001.
3).It is not allowed to make final inspection to be outsourced
[Comment by Company A]
It has been often done in our industry sector. No problem. There is no shall" that prohibits outsourcing of final inspection. In order to outsource final inspections the company evaluates suppliers with defined criteria.
4).There is no procedure to identify conformance products and products waiting for inspection.
"Throughout production, installation and servicing of product" means identifications of products waiting for inspection.
[Comment by Company A]
The clause of 4.12 Inspection and test status says "indicate the conformance or nonconformance", not "indicate the conformance and nonconformance".
"Throughout production, installation and servicing of product" means inspections throughout production, installation and servicing of product, such as receiving inspection, final inspection, inspection of installation.
5).Manual says "accepted concession". This means only accepted nonconformity and there is no consideration of "repaired concession".
[Comment by Company A]
"Concession" includes accepted with or without repaired.
2.Change of the assessor
