Three assessors of Certification body B finished the three days' certification audit of Company A.
Finally they found no non-conformity, but during the audit when a assessor pointed out some of non-conformities the management representative of Company A soon asked him back that gainst what "shall" the non-conformities were related and the whether non-conformities were minor ones or major ones. And the management representative of Company A finally found out that the assessors did not know formal forms of Non- Conformity Report of the body.
But I remind that I once read the body has the formal forms of Non-Conformity Report in its audit procedures. Coincidently another assessor of the body did pre-audit of Company B and a week later the pre-audit report came, but it only refer to the certification audit schedule.
Hearing the information of the audits of the both company I found out the body does not do the right assessment, which ISO10011-1 prescribes, perhaps due to lack of training of assessors.
Company B and company C, the both are my clients, are scheduled to receive certification audits in the end of May. Will the body do the same way as done in Company A or change the way to formal way, learning from the experiences of Company A?
