| Recently among my clients five companies have coincidently selected Certification body B. It is my first experience to deal with the body.At first Company A received the document audit and the report of the audithad problems that it had no distinction between non-conformities and recommendations. |
| The management representative of Company A made claims to the body referringto ISO10011-1 and then the assessor amended the report.Soon after that, Company B received the document audit by another assessor of the body. The Company B also made the same claim. The assessor soon phoned the management representative of Company B saying that such to have such claims were his first experience during these several years. This means he has not known ISO10011 and companies he audited are also responsible for allowing such poor audits. |
